Emma Townsend is a comic-fantasy author, digital furry artist and creator of the Bard World Books.

Her stories bring together magical music, found family, dry humour and the quietly heroic business of caring for other people. She is the author of Broken Strings and Scrolls and Scribes.

Alongside her fiction, Emma creates digital character and fantasy artwork. This is her reader-facing home; her wider creative work lives at Hearthlight Creative Studios.
